These terms govern your use of EatGolfSleep, operated by Digital Directories LLC ("we"). By using the site you agree to them. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
Directory information
Listings combine open data, owner-provided content and our editorial content. We work to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee it — always confirm tee times, hours and prices with the business. Spot an error? Tell us.
Owner plans and billing
- Basic listings are free. Standard ($49/month) and Boosted ($149/month) plans are billed monthly through Paddle.
- Plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from your billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid month.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you upload and give us a licence to display it on EatGolfSleep. You must have the rights to anything you upload. See our copyright & takedown policy.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, misleading or infringing content, no scraping that overloads the service, and no attempts to access other accounts.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
