What we collect

  • Account details you give us: name, email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider).
  • Listing content owners add: photos, descriptions, hours, links and offers.
  • Messages you send through contact, inquiry, correction or submission forms.
  • Basic usage data such as listing page views and clicks, used for owner analytics.
  • Billing is handled by Paddle, our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

  • To run the directory, your account, trip plans and owner dashboards.
  • To send account and billing emails. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link and our postal address.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the service secure.

AI and automated processing

We use AI models to help write some course summaries from factual course data, which an administrator reviews before publishing, and to suggest trip ideas from places listed on our site. We do not use your private account data to train AI models. Our public pages may be read by search engines and AI assistants; our robots.txt allows search and AI answers but signals that our content may not be used for AI training.

We use essential cookies for sign-in and preferences. You can accept or decline optional cookies in the cookie banner.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the site (hosting, authentication, payments, email) or when required by law.
