Our Data Sources

EatGolfSleep combines open, community-maintained data with our own editorial content and information provided directly by golf course and business owners.

Golf course data

Our base directory of US golf courses includes data from the OpenGolfAPI open database and OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL). This covers factual information such as course names, locations, contact details, and scorecard data.

Owner-provided content

Claimed listings include photos, descriptions, offers, and details provided directly by the business owners themselves.
